About Ascent PX
Ascent PX is a fractional People Experience and People Development consultancy. We give startups and growing businesses access to senior People leadership, from two days a month, without the cost of a full-time hire.
We work with founder-led teams from Seed to Series B, and with small and mid-sized businesses in any industry that want to invest in their people and culture. Our aim is simple: to make talent a real driver of growth, not an afterthought to it.
As your fractional People Partner, we become part of your leadership team. We shape a people strategy that fits your stage of growth, handle employee relations fairly, keep your policies and handbooks clear and current, coach your managers, and build a culture people are proud of. Alongside ongoing partnership, we offer standalone projects, including people and culture health checks, engagement surveys, recruitment and onboarding support, leadership workshops, well-being and inclusion roadmaps, and people support through funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions.
